February 24th & 25th 2012- Parallel 44 Vineyard & Winery Frozen Tundra Wine Fest
Kewaunee, 3-7pm 3rd Annual Outdoor Wine Fest to celebrate our Wisconsin grapes that can survive harsh winters, yet produce award winning wines! Admission $10 includes: Frozen Tundra Fest wine glass, 5 wine samples, hourly tours, live music, cheese samples, food available for purchase. www.parallel44.com. A Taste of the Tundra!
February 25th 2012- Cabin Fever Dinner, Dance & Silent Auction fundraiser for "Concerts in the Park" will be held at CJ's Restaurant and Banquet Hall, dinner at 7:00pm, "Big Mouth" band playing at 8:00pm, Silent auction to finish by 10:00pm.
July 14 & 15th , 2012 – 40th Annual Trout Festival with Car & Antique Snowmobile Show, Duathlon, Fishing Tourney, Art Fair, Fireworks, and kids’ stuff. "Speed Beaver" will play on Saturday afternoon from 2:00pm-6:00pm then "Replica" will play from 8:00pm – midnight. Sunday band has not been booked yet, but the Parade will start at noon featuring the "Chamber Maids"
March 31, 2012- The 6th annual Roar on the Shore Brewfest sponsored by the Kewaunee and Dykesville Lions clubs will be held from 4pm to 8pm at Hamachek Hall on Ellis Street at Lake Michigan in downtown Kewaunee. Come and enjoy Music, Food, Raffles and Fun! Over 100 of the best micro-brews and over 25 unique wines from Wisconsin and the UP to select from! Tickets - $30 in advance or $35 at the door. Designated Driver tickets $5.00 Tickets are available in Kewaunee at Kewanee Inn, The Cork, Port O'Call or at the Kewaunee Lions' website, www.kewauneelionsclub.org.
